Job Title: Technical Lead – Data Transformation (Mobile App Integration)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Lead the data transformation and integration of the mobile application into the mobile platform. This is a non-coding, technical leadership role focused on analyzing data, mapping workflows, and ensuring secure and seamless migration.

Key Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, strong stakeholder coordination, ability to lead cross-functional teams without hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mobile app data and map into platform.
• Document data flows, system integrations, and API interactions (REST).
• Support migration of MFA, biometrics, and other security components.
• Partner with mobile teams (React Native) to align integration strategy.
• Create process diagrams and architecture visuals (Visio).
• Ensure SDLC adherence and identify integration risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical leadership, data transformation, or integration roles.
• Understanding of .NET/Java, React Native, APIs, SDLC, and cloud concepts.
• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills.

Preferred

• Experience with mobile app migrations or platform consolidations.
• Knowledge of authentication, identity management, and mobile security frameworks.
