| Notes from manager | - Proven experience leading enterprise data modernization initiatives, including transitioning from legacy platforms to modern cloud-native architectures while ensuring business continuity and operational stability.
- Strong expertise designing and governing enterprise data models across platforms such as Encompass, Salesforce, HappyFox, Polly, and other operational/business systems.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience implementing Medallion Architecture patterns (Bronze / Silver / Gold) within modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Databricks.
- Experience establishing enterprise data standards including naming conventions, metadata management, lineage, and reusable architectural patterns.
- Expertise designing scalable Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architectures optimized for analytics, reporting, governance, and AI/ML workloads.
- Strong knowledge of application integration and support architectures, including APIs, event-driven design, streaming pipelines, and real-time data processing.
- Ability to partner closely with engineering teams to support solution design, development delivery, platform optimization, and production support.
- Experience implementing Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and compliance frameworks to ensure trusted and reliable enterprise data.
