About the Role
Looking for a results-driven, strategic Sales Director to lead revenue growth through new business acquisition. This is a fully remote role focused on generating new logos and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong track record of closing high-value deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a clear expectation of bringing in at least $1m to $3m in new business annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition with a minimum target of $1m to $3m in new logos per year
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (up to 25% travel)
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior sales or director-level role
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and closing deals totaling $1M+ annually
- Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Experience selling high-value solutions/services (enterprise or mid-market preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
