Ideal Experience
· 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst.
· 3+ years working on AML, Financial Crimes, or Compliance programs.
· Experience implementing or enhancing NICE Actimize platforms.
· Strong knowledge of banking regulations, suspicious activity monitoring, and compliance workflows.
· Ability to collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
· Experience with data mapping, system integration, and regulatory reporting.
