JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform. Manages user access, workflows, incident/problem/change management modules, system upgrades, integrations, and platform performance. Works closely with business and technical teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and ensure the platform meets organizational requirements while following ServiceNow best practices.
