Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join a collaborative ServiceNow team supporting platform enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing operational support. This role will work closely with senior ServiceNow resources to help manage sprint-based work, support platform administration activities, and contribute to system optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow administration experience, solid scripting knowledge, and a passion for improving business processes through technology. While development skills are valuable, this position is primarily focused on administration, configuration, and platform support within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the ServiceNow platform and related modules.
  • Configure and maintain forms, workflows, catalog items, business rules, and system configurations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story execution.
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and platform optimization efforts.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with senior ServiceNow team members to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and configurations to support platform functionality.
  • Support disentanglement and transition-related ServiceNow activities.
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes as needed.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies including sprints and user stories.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow applications and workflows.
