Job Description:

Lead application discovery and technical assessments (frontend, backend, databases, middleware, APIs).
Evaluate legacy systems; define modernization, refactoring, and cloud migration strategies.
Architect and implement containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native designs.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments.
Modernize monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures.
Develop secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, IAM roles).
Implement IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for scalable deployments.
Oversee database migration, performance tuning, and cloud storage transitions.
Implement monitoring, logging, observability (ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog).
Lead go-live activities, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.
Mentor junior developers; contribute to technical standards.

Required Skills:

8+ yrs full stack development (enterprise or cloud)
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue; Backend: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python
Proven cloud migration/application modernization leadership
Docker, Kubernetes containerization & orchestration
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (IaaS, PaaS, serverless)
CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, automated testing
