Job Title: Software Quality Analyst (Healthcare Domain - new SaaS applications for Reltio, NewGen, Simplify, and HealthEdge)

Location: Eagan, MN 

Duration: Contract to Hire

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• This role include planning, executing, and documenting QA testing for Integration Platform deliverables; coordinating end-to-end testing across portfolios and upstream/downstream teams to confirm integration behavior and readiness; and supporting QA for IT configuration changes and workflow enhancements associated with new SaaS applications.
• The role requires experience testing integration-heavy systems (APIs, file-based interfaces, and middleware/platform integrations), creating test artifacts (test strategy/approach, test plans, test cases, and execution results), supporting SIT and regression testing, and implementing or expanding automated regression testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare domains—including Provider, Membership, Product & Benefits, and Medical Management—is preferred.

OVERVIEW

Strategic Projects - XH

• This position will support multiple deliverables across the XH initiatives, providing QA support and testing on the new Integration Platform. There is an immediate need to test provider-platform integrations, and additional portfolios are beginning to request support.
• This position will also support enhancements to the Integration Platform as more advanced capabilities and deliverables are introduced.
• This position will help support QA needs for IT configuration changes and workflow enhancements required for new SaaS applications for Reltio, NewGen, Simplify, and HealthEdge.

 Long Term Support

• As we continue to implement new lines of business and onboard new clients, our integrations, configurations, and workflows will continue to evolve. This QA role must meet current validation demands while also building and maintaining automated regression test environments. Automated regression testing will be critical to ensuring quality across integrations, configurations, workflows, and SaaS application upgrades.
