Experience 8-12+ Years of IT experience with 6+ years of Salesforce development experience and proven experience leading Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices across implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.
Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and external APIs.
Lead deployment and release activities using CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance.
Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and governance.
Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmaps.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Triggers
Experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Copado, Gearset, or other CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce DX and deployment automation.
Strong understanding of design patterns and application architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Salesforce CPQ Data Migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi)
