Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization's network and systems infrastructure. The role will be responsible for ensuring network availability, performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and system issues.
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP environments.
Administer Windows/Linux servers and related infrastructure as required.
Manage user access, network accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Perform system updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance.
Monitor and respond to network alerts, incidents, and outages.
Maintain network documentation, configurations, and asset records.
Support IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and network expansions.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support.
Follow IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
Experience with network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
Experience with firewalls, wireless networks, and network monitoring tools.
Basic knowledge of network security and troubleshooting methodologies.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to document technical issues and communicate effectively with users and teams.
