Job Opportunity: ServiceNow QA Analyst
We are seeking a meticulous ServiceNow QA Analyst to join a critical project for a high-profile public sector client in Columbus, OH. As the quality gatekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that all ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and custom workflows meet the highest standards of stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). This includes functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Quality Assurance: Validate complex business logic, custom scoped applications, and UI/Client-side scripts to ensure they function as designed and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
FedRAMP Compliance Validation: Work closely with the security and development teams to ensure all testing procedures satisfy rigorous FedRAMP compliance and security protocols.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects through the full SDLC using Agile project management tools. Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers to expedite resolutions.
Automated Testing: Leverage Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build and maintain regression suites that streamline releases and minimize technical debt.
Required Qualifications
ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in QA testing within the ServiceNow platform, including familiarity with platform architecture and common configurations.
Public Sector Experience: Prior experience in a FedRAMP-authorized or highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand code-level logic (JavaScript, Business Rules) to effectively identify the root cause of issues.
Methodology: Strong understanding of the Agile/Scrum development lifecycle and experience with testing complex workflows.
Attention to Detail: Uncompromising focus on quality, with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and edge cases.

You will act as the crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions are aligned with strategic goals, optimized for efficiency, and fully compliant with FedRAMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and new implementations.
Process Mapping: Translate business processes into technical requirements, utilizing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework to ensure clean, scalable data structures.
Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with developers and architects to design functional solutions. Define clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process flows.
FedRAMP Compliance Support: Partner with technical leads to ensure all proposed workflows and configurations adhere to strict FedRAMP security and compliance protocols.
Testing & Adoption: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate training sessions, and create documentation to drive user adoption and platform maturity.
Required Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Public Sector Acumen: Experience working in regulated industries, preferably within a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (Business Rules, Script Includes, API integrations) to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in process modeling and CSDM best practices.
