Senior Architect

Position Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural solutions for enterprise projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs, ensure seamless system integration, and drive architectural excellence. In addition, you'll mentor junior architects, foster continuous learning, and contribute to evolving architectural standards.

A Day in the Life
  • Lead the design and delivery of architectural solutions for complex projects.
  • Define technical architecture aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.
  • Oversee technical delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to architecture principles.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications.
  • Identify dependencies, constraints, and integration points across systems.
  • Maintain open communication to refine and validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create high-level and low-level architectural diagrams and documentation.
  • Define system components, data flow, APIs, and service interactions.
  • Review and validate design artifacts with developers, testers, and security teams.
  • Provide guidance on architectural methods, tools, and standards.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support skill development and growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the evolution of architectural standards and governance.
  • Identify and propose improvements to design methodologies and processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential adoption.


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • TOGAF Certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in architecture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in system integration and technology alignment.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
  • Experience leading solution architecture for corporate systems in Finance, Workforce Management, HCM, Marketing, or Legal & Real Estate domains.
  • Hands-on experience with integration products (e.g., Informatica) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday).
  • Preferred experience with platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Azure, Java, Archimate, Oracle PL/SQL, Databricks, and Google Cloud Platform.
