Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years working with Child Support Systems
- 5+ years in financial operations (receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, reconciliation)
- 5+ years in workflow design and system enhancement
- 5+ years conducting stakeholder interviews
- 5+ years of SQL querying experience
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Education Requirement (Updated
- Bachelor's Degree (preference in Finance or IT)
