Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced SAP WM/EWM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will design, configure, implement, and support warehouse management solutions while collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and IT teams.

Candidates with additional experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) or Procurement will be given strong preference.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP WM and SAP EWM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct functional workshops with business users.
• Configure warehouse management processes.
• Configure inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
• Support warehouse operations including goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and goods issue.
• Perform functional testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support.
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and IT teams.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop process documentation and user training materials.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong SAP WM and/or SAP EWM configuration expertise.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP WM/EWM with other SAP modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Healthcare industry experience (Mandatory).
