Job Description:
- 8 to 10 years working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
- At least 10 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
Roles Responsibilities
- Agile Scrum methodology Experience
- Hands-on experience in platform capabilities, Tables, Forms, Business Rules, Flow Designer Catalogues, Portal UI Actions, Integrations, Client Scripts, Schedules, job
- Hands-on experience in ITSM modules, eg Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalogue, Release Management, Virtual Agent
- Good knowledge about ITSM Pro Vendor Manager, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent Performance Analytics
- Hands-on experience in Discovery Implementation Mapping Services, Event Management
- Hands-on experience in the ITAM module SAM Pro HAM Pro
- Implementation of CMDB Asset Management
- Good knowledge of HR Service Delivery, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle events
- Knowledge and experience in custom application development
- Good to have experience in Procurement Management
- Client Side and Server Side Scripting, ie Catalogue Client Script, Business Rules Script, Actions Script, Includes, etc.
- Client and Server APIs, ie GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essential.

- Document every development configuration and technical details prepare training material.
- Experienced in leading the implementation of complex ServiceNow projects
