Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of Business Analysis experience and strong MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) expertise to support a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and PMO teams to review requirements, validate vendor deliverables, support contract compliance, and ensure successful implementation of modern Medicaid solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Senior Business Analyst experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on MMIS experience is required (MMIS experience is mandatory; Medicare/Medicaid experience alone is not sufficient).
• Strong experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling.
• Experience working on large, multi-vendor enterprise projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams/Webex.
• Experience with SDLC, project management methodologies, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations, MITA, Outcomes-Based Certification (OBC), HITECH,
• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Requirement: Candidates must have 10+ years of direct MMIS experience. General Medicaid or Medicare experience without MMIS will not be considered.
