Job Title: Quality Automation Tester

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of Quality Engineering and Automation Testing experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Selenium automation experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of Appium Mobile Automation experience.
- Strong API and SQL testing skills.
- Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks.
- Expertise in Mabl and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with Appium for Android and iOS.
- Proficiency in Java-based automation frameworks.
- Experience with Data-Driven and Hybrid Frameworks.
- Experience with REST API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of JSON and XML Validation.
- Proficiency in SQL and Database Validation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with defect tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Mabl, Selenium, and Appium.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute API test cases using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release activities.
- Analyze automation failures, identify root causes, and drive resolution with development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned deliverables and proactively drive quality improvements.
Nice to Have:
- Insurance domain experience.
- Mobile testing across real devices, emulators, and simulators.
- Performance testing exposure with JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Accessibility testing knowledge.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs.
