Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in system analysis, application administration, or application support
Knowledge of enterprise scheduling, workforce, or operations management software
Troubleshooting application issues and providing 2nd-level support
User access provisioning and environment configuration experience
Ability to perform ad-hoc queries and generate reports
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills

Desired Skills & Experience:
Exposure to database management or batch process scheduling
Knowledge of server or network infrastructure
Experience creating runbooks, system guides, or technical documentation
Participation in on-call support rotations
