Requested Qualifications
7 years of experience working with State Agency/business subject matter experts to understand business needs/requirements, Vendors of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, and ITS teams to determine and design data warehouse, application and system requirements, architecting, designing, documenting, and implementing data warehousing, enterprise application integration, and master data management.
7 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data warehouse solutions, including normalized data models, ETL/ELT processes, automated data ingestion and transformation workflows, workflow orchestration and scheduling, and data integration automation to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
7 years of experience developing data integrations for heterogeneous systems and business intelligence using SQL (Structured Query Language) in a State agency.
6 years of experience performing database comparative analysis for designing new transactional databases and data warehouses, as well as modernize existing transactional databases and data warehouses in a State agency.
5 years of experience in analytical reasoning, computation, interpretation, and presentation of data to solve business problems.
3 years of experience implementing error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for automated processes.
3 years of experience working in enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and architecture teams to deliver integrated automation solutions.
