Network Engineer/Mid-Level/Hybrid NJ

We're working with a growing healthcare company based in South Jersey. This full-time hybrid position offers the chance to work with modern network technologies including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet systems, supporting a vast environment while collaborating with a highly skilled technical team.

This role is two days onsite per week.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of professional experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator
Strong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
Experience with firewall configuration and troubleshooting (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA)
Familiarity with VPNs, SD-WAN, and network segmentation
Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar)
Ability to document network configurations and maintain diagrams
Desired Skills & Experience
CCNA or CCNP certification preferred
Experience with Azure or AWS networking
Exposure to wireless network design (Aruba, Meraki, or similar)
Knowledge of VoIP systems or network security best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
