About this Position:

Job Title: Research Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a business environment or relevant internship experience.

  • Working familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or comparable enterprise marketing technology platforms for campaign configuration and reporting.

  • Demonstrated SFMC exposure through Trailhead, certification preparation, coursework, or hands-on platform experience.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.

  • Experience with web analytics and search tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing KPIs including CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, and ROI.

  • Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests for landing pages, emails, or digital ads.

  • Working knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile software development methodologies.

  • Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT staff and marketing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of hands-on SFMC experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

  • Prior experience supporting platform migrations, replatforming, or legacy-system retirement projects.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO analysis using SEMrush for on-page/off-page optimization and keyword research.

  • Experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with budget allocation and targeting.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL and exposure to data analysis tools like Python, R, or SPSS.

  • Proficiency with content design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PII, email compliance, and Google or IBM data science/analytics certifications.
