Job description:

 

Need to have a systems background - using Netsuite and implementing WMS for spare parts - moving away from homegrown systems

also using Oracle Transportation Mgmt

Anaplan for Supply Chain Demand Planning

 

Support SCM and Ops stakeholders as an execution-focused extension of Product Management, with primary systems focus on NetSuite and NetSuite WMS; OTM experience is a plus
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Support discovery, process analysis, and solution design to improve inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics workflows
Manage the product backlog - documenting user stories, leading grooming sessions, monitor sprint progress, and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies
Partner cross-functionally with SCM, Ops, Finance, IT, Product, Engineering, and vendors to drive alignment and execution
Support testing, defect triage, release readiness, and post-launch adoption for new capabilities and enhancements
Develop reporting, metrics, and insights to measure process health, adoption, and business impact
Maintain documentation, training materials, and process standards to improve consistency, data quality, and operational compliance
One of the main programs is transitioning from a home grown system to NetSuite WMS for managing spare parts inventory. There are also other projects related to pricing, direct procurement, and demand planning.
