Summary

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain Tungsten product features, modules, and integrations.

Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.

Design clean, scalable architectures and write highquality, maintainable code.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Tungsten ecosystem.

Ensure product stability through unit testing, integration testing, and automation-friendly design.

Optimize application performance, security, and user experience.

Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.

Work closely with QA to enable automated testing and maintain high-quality standards.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to elevate the Tungsten platform.

Produce clear technical documentation, API specs, and deployment notes.

Required Skills & Experience

The candidate must be Tungsten certified, with validated expertise in developing and supporting Tungsten platform solutions

Strong experience in full-stack development (backend + frontend).

Proficiency in relevant Tungsten tech stack (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, APIs customize as applicable).

Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products, workflows, rules engines, or document processing systems.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.

Solid grounding in software engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality standards.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient, scalable solutions.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of document processing, e-invoicing, workflow automation, or similar domain.

Exposure to DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools).

Familiarity with UX/UI patterns and working with design teams.

Experience in integrating third-party systems (ERP, CRM, payment systems, etc.).
