Summary

Lead AI Engineer 

Location: Boston, MA / Windsor, CT | Remote

W2 ONLY 

We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer with strong Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Financial Services experience. Retirement/Wealth Management background is highly preferred.

Must Have:

  • 12+ years software engineering experience
  • 3+ years building production LLM/Agentic AI systems
  • Lead/Staff-level engineering experience
  • Rust – Expert level (Required)
  • TypeScript / Node.js + React (Required)
  • Solana / Solana Programs + Anchor (Required)
  • RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation & guardrails
  • Agentic AI, tool/function calling, MCP
  • OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini / AWS Bedrock
  • AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes & MLOps
  • Strong SQL/data engineering experience
  • Financial Services / Wealth / Retirement domain experience preferred
