Job Title: API Security Developer
Job Location Eagan, MN

Duration: Long Term

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced API Security Developer to support API security and integration initiatives for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Java/Node.js, AWS, and modern microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain API security solutions.
Design and secure RESTful APIs using OAuth 2.0 and related authentication/authorization standards.
Support Okta to Auth0 migration initiatives.
Develop and integrate APIs using Java and/or Node.js.
Work with AWS cloud services and microservices environments.
Support healthcare API integrations using FHIR standards.
Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams to implement secure API solutions.
Troubleshoot API authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
Experience with Kong Konnect/Kong Gateway is a strong plus.
