Summary

Title: Vice President, Corporate Controller

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Hybrid: 4 days on-site and 1 day Remote

Role Summary

Reporting to the CFO, the VP Corporate Controller leads global accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax functions while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global financial reporting, monthly board packages, and consolidated financial statements (IFRS/US GAAP).
Lead financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
Manage global fixed costs and corporate overhead oversight.
Drive accounting policies, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and treasury functions.
Lead global tax strategy, compliance, and external advisor coordination.
Manage annual audits with external auditors and valuation firms.
Promote automation and process improvements (AI/RPA).
Mentor and develop finance teams globally.

Qualifications

6+ years progressive accounting leadership experience.
Strong team leadership and analytical skills.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance (required).
IFRS or US GAAP expertise required.
Audit experience required.
International experience preferred.
CPA strongly preferred.
