Job description :
We are seeking an experienced Varicent Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end implementation and legacy modernization initiative for LPL Financial. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy Varicent compensation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Lead discovery and design activities for Varicent implementations.
• Review and design Varicent solution architecture.
• Design and develop Varicent databases and commission calculation systems.
• Create technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Design and support system integrations.
• Build, test, and deploy Varicent components, reports, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills :
• Strong experience as a Varicent Consultant on large end-to-end implementations or legacy modernization projects.
• Expertise gathering Varicent technical requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience with Varicent design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience designing Varicent databases and compensation/commission management solutions.
• Experience with Varicent reporting and integrations.
