Responsibilities:

• Product Owner ownership experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically around Order Management, Billing, and QuotetoCash processes.
• This person must have strong sustainment/postgolive experience (not just implementation)
• excellent communication skills and the ability to manage governance prioritization release cycles, and multiple environments.
• A blend of PO + light solution architecture is ideal but communication and stakeholder leadership are the top priorities.
• Any Field Service Management (FSM) experience is a bonus

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and related ERP/CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Order Management, Billing) and Oracle FSM for inspection and service workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales and service processes.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in sustainment or post-implementation support for enterprise applications.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise platform management, solution architecture, or application ownership.
• Proven ability to balance strategic architecture decisions with operational platform management.
• Strong understanding of business process design and system optimization.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations, reporting, and user access models.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and cross-functional communication.
• Skilled in developing strong relationships with software and service providers
• Familiarity with change management, incident response, and ITSM tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Day to day:
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle ERP, Microsoft CRM, and Oracle Field Service Management (FSM) sustainment.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end Q2C workflows, including quoting, order management, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Manage sustainment activities for Oracle FSM, focusing on inspection and service workflows to optimize field operations.
