Java Application Developer

Our client is looking for a Java Application Developer to support their space.

salary: $55.99 - 61.97 per hour

responsibilities:

Act One Expertise: Lead the configuration and maintenance of Act One (ERCM); use Visual Modeler or Act One Designer for workflow and UI adjustments.

Development & Customization: Write and deploy Java for complex platform controls and customizations.

Automation: Develop Python or PowerShell scripts to automate system tasks and environment health.

Data & Troubleshooting: Perform data analysis and system debugging using SQL.

Cloud & DevOps: Manage the application within an AWS environment and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/internal tools).

qualifications:

NICE Actimize Experience: Strong background in Act One (Enterprise

Risk Case Manager) is a baseline requirement.

Experience Level: Ideally 6+ years of Actimize experience.

Java/Scripting: Strong Java skills for customizations/controls and

scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation.

AWS: Must be familiar with AWS as the entire infrastructure is cloud-based.

SQL: Used primarily for troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting

(not heavy back-end dev).

The "Standout" Candidate (The Pitch):

Experience with the STAR module (NICE Actimize).

Experience with Act One Designer or Visual Modeler for configurations.

DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins/CICD is a plus, though the internal

tool ("Boogie") is already set up.

Candidates who have transitioned from pure Java development into

Actimize (2-3 years) are acceptable if they are strong in Act One
