Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and manage IT projects with a focus on Agile Scrum methodologies. This is a long-term contract position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, offering the opportunity to work on innovative initiatives and drive project success. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Apply Agile Scrum principles to manage project workflows and improve team collaboration.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including team members, clients, and leadership.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
Utilize tools such as Atlassian to manage and track project activities.
Lead project meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the project.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance project performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on Agile Scrum methodologies.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Strong knowledge of tools like Atlassian for project tracking and collaboration.
Familiarity with S/4HANA or similar enterprise systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of risk management and problem-solving techniques.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
