Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:
* Data Analyst will partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into clear functional requirements
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to interpret results and communicate insights effectively
* Design and document technical solutions, including data models, data flows, and reporting specifications
* As a Data Analyst, you will develop, enhance, and maintain self-service dashboards and reports (primarily in Tableau)
* Test, validate, and document deliverables to identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy
* Maintain people data quality rules, definitions and strategy
* Apply best-practice compliance and governance standards when working with sensitive HR data

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar data-focused role
* Significant, hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau
* Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Snowflake or Oracle
* Knowledge and experience working with complex data models and dimensional modeling techniques
* Knowledge or experience in converting raw system data into analytics-ready datasets using dbt or similar tools
* Manage confidential information with the highest degree of discretion
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple challenging projects that require creativity and problem solving
* Experience with Python is a plus
* Experience with UKG/ICIMS is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
