Advise and represent clients, including Fortune 500 and multinational clients, on complex matters involving international data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, technology law, and emerging artificial intelligence regulations. Counsel clients on AI deployment, data usage, and licensing, ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and relevant U.S. federal and state privacy laws. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including IP and
