Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Lean-Agile practices, SAFe, and Scrum facilitation and a proven ability to enable up to two Agile Teams to deliver high-quality features on plan.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead up to two Agile Teams within an Agile Release Train to adhere to Lean-Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery quality and alignment with program objectives.
- Leverage Jira to manage backlogs, track progress, and report on key Agile metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and Jira.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
- Proven capacity to multi-task and lead up to two Agile Teams concurrently.
- Experience level: 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
Preferred Skills:
- Financial Services or Treasury Services experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a versatile learning mindset.
Role Logistics
- Start date: Specific business need requires a defined start date.
- Schedule: Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
- Assessment: Glider-BOA-ScrumMaster-1.
