We're seeking a highly skilled, relationship-driven professional to serve as a key liaison between our technical teams and the business units they support within the Digital Workplace group. In this role, you'll help translate business needs into actionable technical initiatives, support operational and technology efforts, and guide high-level strategy and roadmapping. You'll lead project meetings, collaborate with stakeholder groups, and build strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on enterprise IT experience and project coordination expertise-comfortable discussing technical details without needing to be a deep technologist. You should be a self-starter with strong communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft 365, experience in Agile environments, and the ability to connect the big picture with the right experts and resources. This position can be based to work remotely, but candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; or Springfield/Monett, MO. Travel up to 10% for meetings and trainings may be required. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
Salary range for this position will be $88,000-125,000 depending on candidate experience and geographic location.
What you'll be responsible for
Owns and manages the roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives supporting Digital Workplace teams.
Ensures initiatives are effectively tracked, governed, and aligned with overall business strategy and priorities.
Partners with team leaders to drive consistent progress toward defined goals and outcomes.
Provides support for audit activities and associated platforms, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Identifies opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency across processes.
Drives continuous improvement by evaluating workflows, removing obstacles, and optimizing execution practices.
Establishes and interacts with user community (e.g., focus groups, crowdsourcing, customer fact finding, etc.)
Creates and maintains the product vision/roadmap.
Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have
A minimum of 6 years of hands-on enterprise IT and/or technical operations experience.
Experience with project management or coordination.
Experience with Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with principles of Agile methodology.
Communication skills to facilitate planning with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong documentation and planning skills.
What would be nice for you to have
Bachelor's degree.
ServiceNow experience.
Experience with scripting and/or programming.
Ability to analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting or partnering with Operations & Technical teams.
Exposure to audit, risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives within an enterprise IT environment.
Familiarity with service management practices (e.g., ITIL) and tools (e.g., incident, problem, change management).
Familiarity with collaboration and work management tools (e.g., Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow).
Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
