Job Description:
The Salesforce Agentic AI Specialist will design, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce. This role turns business requirements into intelligent multi?step workflows that allow AI agents to reason, plan, and act across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure AI agents using Agentforce Builder, Topics, Actions, Flows, and Apex.
Develop agentic AI use cases that automate multi?step tasks across Sales, Service, and Operations.
Integrate agents with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM data for context?aware decision-making.
Set up governance, permissions, and trust controls to ensure secure, compliant agent behavior.
Test, monitor, and continuously optimize agent performance and workflows.
Required Skills
Hands?on experience with Salesforce (Admin, Flows, Data Cloud, Apex).
Understanding of LLM-driven agent behavior, autonomous workflows, and reasoning.
Ability to translate business processes into AI-driven automation.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (AI Specialist, Admin, App Builder).
Experience with GenAI or agentic automation tools.
