Senior Java Software Engineer

Role: Senior Java Software Engineer

Location: Idaho(Remote)

Required: Minimum 2 years of experience working with a modern welfare eligibility or case management system. Experience with Idaho Medicaid Eligibility (IBES) is preferred; candidates with similar State Government Medicaid, HHS, SNAP, TANF, or Integrated Eligibility System (IES) experience will also be considered.

Job Description:

J2EE application development, including front-end, back-end, and middle-tier components.
Experience with multiple design patterns.
Experience with third-party middleware tools incorporated into application design.
Webservices creation, consumption, and implementation.
Extensive knowledge of web and application servers.
Coding experience with Spring modules.
web application development with Struts modules.
Web Services experience, top-down and bottom-up implementation with JAXWS.
Oracle SQL experience.
Application Server experience, JBOSS, Deployment Management, etc..
scripting experience (with Shell, Groovy, etc.).
Solid working knowledge of Linux O/S and Shell scripting.
Operational understanding of browser-based application infrastructure running in a clustered hardware environment.
Working knowledge of a modern welfare eligibility case management system, preferably with hands-on experience with Idaho''s Medicaid Eligibility auto.
