Looking to train entry level candidates on the administration and development of the Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle System (PLM). Multiple positions are available; Upgrade Specialists and Application Automated Test Specialist
The Teamcenter PLM environment supports roughly 8000 users at over 30 locations globally. The system supports multiple CAD integrations and other engineering applications and is in a continuous state of development and upgrade. identified need for system development testing, regression testing as well as a need to keep the system up to date to meet development and regulatory requirements.
Upgrade Specialist (1)
The upgrade specialist will be taught on the inner working of the PLM system from system build, administration to development with the intent on performing regular upgrades of the software on an annual cadence.
Application Automated Test Specialist (1)
The Automated Test Specialist will work with third party consultants on developing and implementing an automated test and deployment tool set to provide system validation of development deployments, production deployments, and various development systems.
Desired Skills, Experience and Education
- Have a US person status.
- Bachelors of Science in Information Technology or Engineering, Computer Science
- Knowledge of Web development, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development and debugging techniques
- Client and Server installation
- Knowledge of client-server architecture, open source software
- Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter a plus
