Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong PDI software implementation expertise to lead and support billing and operational system implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting PDI solutions while collaborating closely with business, operations, and billing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PDI software implementations for billing, operations, and downstream integrations

  • Act as the technical lead for PDI-related projects, providing architectural guidance and hands-on development/support

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and system configurations

  • Oversee system integrations between PDI and ERP, finance, inventory, and third-party systems

  • Support billing workflows, pricing, invoicing, taxation, and reconciliation processes

  • Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution across PDI platforms

  • Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during UAT, cutover, and go-live

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight and best practices

  • Support post-production activities, enhancements, and ongoing operations

  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in PDI software implementation

  • Proven experience supporting billing and operational systems

  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Technical Consultant on enterprise implementations

  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and batch processing

  • Experience with billing, pricing, invoicing, and operational workflows

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating PDI with ERP or financial systems

  • Exposure to retail, fuel, energy, or logistics domains

  • Experience with cloud platforms or modern integration frameworks

  • Prior experience leading multi-team or vendor-driven implementations
