Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with strong PDI software implementation expertise to lead and support billing and operational system implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting PDI solutions while collaborating closely with business, operations, and billing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PDI software implementations for billing, operations, and downstream integrations
Act as the technical lead for PDI-related projects, providing architectural guidance and hands-on development/support
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and system configurations
Oversee system integrations between PDI and ERP, finance, inventory, and third-party systems
Support billing workflows, pricing, invoicing, taxation, and reconciliation processes
Ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution across PDI platforms
Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders during UAT, cutover, and go-live
Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight and best practices
Support post-production activities, enhancements, and ongoing operations
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in PDI software implementation
Proven experience supporting billing and operational systems
Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Technical Consultant on enterprise implementations
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and batch processing
Experience with billing, pricing, invoicing, and operational workflows
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating PDI with ERP or financial systems
Exposure to retail, fuel, energy, or logistics domains
Experience with cloud platforms or modern integration frameworks
Prior experience leading multi-team or vendor-driven implementations
