Austin, TX (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite Per Week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions.

This role will focus on modernizing forms and workflows, building automated solutions, leading SharePoint Online intranet development, and providing enterprise-level governance and user support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical depth, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to mentor others.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes.
• Convert legacy PDF forms into Microsoft Forms (redesign, build, test).
• Build and maintain Power Automate Flows for process automation.
• Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Implement approval routing and data integrations to improve operational efficiency.

SharePoint Online

• Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet, including HUB site architecture.
• Migrate content from Drupal (10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online.
• Administer SharePoint Online environments (site collections, permissions, lists, libraries).
• Improve security configurations and governance standards.
• Manage enterprise-level M365 SharePoint environments.

Additional Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot SharePoint/Power Platform issues.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide mentoring, documentation, and end-user training.
• Offer technical leadership and guidance on solution design and troubleshooting.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years developing and supporting Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI).
• 5+ years building automation using Power Automate Flows.
• 5+ years senior-level SharePoint Online development and administration experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments.
• 5+ years administering SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, workflows, lists/libraries).
• 5+ years experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.
• 5+ years gathering requirements and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 4+ years supporting enterprise users and governance initiatives.

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be local to the Austin, TX area and able to work onsite two days per week.
• Must be able to work on a W2 basis only (no C2C, 1099, or third-party vendors).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or visa transfer.
