Role: RPA Developer Automation Anywhere 

Location: Houston onsite 3-4 days (Locals Only - No Relocation)

Work Authorization: EAD, USC

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on expertise in automation development, support, and stakeholder engagement. The resource will play a key role in managing automation initiatives, ensuring smooth communication with business stakeholders, and delivering enhancements that align with organizational goals. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate will be considered a strong advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on automation goals and deliverables.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for automation solutions.
  • Development & Enhancements: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and enhancements using Automation Anywhere.
  • Monitoring & Support: Provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for deployed automation solutions to ensure stability and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization and proactively recommend improvements to existing automation processes.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Automation Anywhere (development, deployment, and support).
  • Strong knowledge of automation lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Handson experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing automation solutions.
  • Exposure to Power Automate is highly desirable.
  • Excellent documentation, problemsolving, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise automation environments with multiple bots and complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloudhosted automation services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Knowledge of integration with business applications and APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.
