Network Engineer II

Introduction:

The Network Engineer II will be responsible for network engineering, including firmware upgrades and production change execution. They will also be involved in network hardening configurations and validating operational impact, as well as Qualys Vulnerability Management reporting and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform firmware upgrades for network devices
Execute production changes related to network infrastructure
Configure network hardening settings to enhance security
Validate the operational impact of network hardening configurations
Generate and analyze reports for Qualys Vulnerability Management
Validate the findings and recommendations from Qualys scans

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Experience in network engineering
Ability to perform firmware upgrades for network devices
Knowledge of network hardening configurations
Experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management

Preferred Skills:

Experience in network reporting and analysis
Certifications in network security or related fields
Experience with other network security tools and technologies
