REQUIREMENTS
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated backend engineer who is passionate about building reliable and scalable systems, with a strong interest in working on AI-powered products. You will contribute to the design and development of backend services that support our AI features and product logic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some production experience and a deep curiosity for AI to grow within a fast-paced environment alongside experienced engineers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services supporting AI features and business logic.
Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and frontend engineers.
Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Optimize APIs and data processing pipelines for performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
Stay up to date with industry best practices in backend and AI integration.
Key Qualifications:
1 3 years of AI experience and 3+ years of backend development experience (professional or equivalent project-based).
Solid knowledge of Python or a similar backend language.
Familiarity with building RESTful APIs and working with databases.
Basic understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Strong interest in AI technologies and willingness to learn how to support them in production.
Ability to work independently and ask the right questions when needed.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially LLMs or NLP systems.
Experience working in a product-focused or early-stage startup environment.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience using message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus.
