Must-Have Skills:

Working knowledge of EDI concepts, X12 standards, and HIPAA transaction sets (837, 835, 277, 999, 278, etc.).
Experience supporting requirements gathering, data mapping, and EDI testing/validation
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with EDI translation/mapping tools.
Exposure to healthcare integration environments and compliance processes.
