Our client is seeking an Adobe Developer to support and enhance a complex digital content environment that powers high-volume creative and marketing workflows. This individual will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, improving automation, and resolving content flow challenges across interconnected systems. The ideal candidate is technically curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working at the intersection of content operations and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Adobe Workfront, including request queues, routing rules, forms, user permissions, and reporting.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Workfront Fusion scenarios, connections, and data mappings.
  • Support and refine content and workflow processes used by creative and marketing stakeholders.
  • Assist AEM authors with pages, components, asset usage, and content validation activities.
  • Troubleshoot API-driven workflows and diagnose integration or data-mapping issues.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to metadata, asset structure, and content delivery.
  • Partner with technical teams to address upstream and downstream system dependencies.
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Support release testing efforts, including regression checks and content verification.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across DAM, AEM, and external content distribution workflows.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Adobe platforms such as Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM, DAM, or similar systems.
  • Experience working within digital content operations, marketing technology, or content management environments.
  • Strong understanding of content workflows, metadata, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across platforms, workflows, and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON structures, and data mapping concepts.
  • Ability to read or lightly debug code (C#, .NET, or JavaScript preferred).
  • Experience using tools such as Postman, SQL, or comparable diagnostic utilities.
  • Familiarity with CMS, marketing technology, or digital experience platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving technical landscape.
