Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze client data using SSRS, SSMS, Tableau, and SQL-based analytical tools.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, SSRS reports, and ad hoc SQL reports.
- Design, develop, and support ETL processes between OLTP and OLAP databases.
- Own report-based releases and deliver analytical solutions from requirements through implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI reporting, SQL development, ETL, and healthcare or state benefits program data.

Technical Skills
|
Tableau Development, SSRS, SQL/SSMS, ETL Development, OLTP/OLAP Databases, Data Analysis, BI Reporting, SQL Scripting
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Healthcare Data, State Benefits Programs, Functional Requirements Analysis, JAD Sessions, Data Definition Documents (DDDs), Release Management

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Tableau dashboards and SSRS reports in complex data environments.
- Experience with ETL architecture, ad hoc SQL reporting, and OLTP-to-OLAP data solutions.
- Experience with functional JADs, DDDs, and end-to-end release management.
