- Lead and support migrations or integrations from UiPath to Power Automate, ensuring functional and process continuity.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify process automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop reusable components, connectors, and templates aligned with enterprise automation standards.
- Ensure best practices in security, exception handling, logging, and governance across workflows.
- Conduct code and design reviews to maintain solution quality and compliance with internal IT and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process owners, solution architects, and platform administrators.
- Provide technical mentorship and guide junior developers on automation best practices.
- 13+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in RPA development and automation delivery.
- Proven hands-on experience with both UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Automate (Flow, Desktop, Power Apps integration).
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, automation lifecycle, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience migrating use cases, components, or frameworks from UiPath to Power Automate or vice versa.
- Deep familiarity with API integration, data connectors, AI Builder, adaptive cards, and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Strong scripting and debugging skills using VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in error handling, logging frameworks, secure credential management, and governance models for enterprise-scale automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Prior experience implementing automation in financial services, investment management, or operations domains.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services such as Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Azure AD for automation deployment.
- UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate certifications.
