Job Details

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Creating and maintaining routings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and process documentation in ERP systems.
3. Leveraging your expertise in CNC machining and manufacturing processes to optimize operations and reduce costs.
4. Utilizing CAD/3D modeling to interpret engineering drawings and facilitate the design and manufacturing process.
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence.
7. Providing technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proven experience in developing and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing.
4. Solid experience in creating and maintaining routings, BOMs, and process documentation in ERP systems.
5. Demonstrable expertise in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
6. Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
7. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
8. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of improving productivity, quality, and throughput.
9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
