Java / React Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java / React Developer to support the development and modernization of enterprise applications using Java, Spring, REST, CXF, React, and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

Refactor existing Java business logic and database I/O from Servlets into SOA/MVC architecture.
Develop reusable services and components using Java, Spring, JSON/REST, and Apache CXF.
Develop and maintain React-based UI components.
Troubleshoot application, service integration, database, and performance issues.
Develop unit tests using Maven and mock classes.
Support QA/testing and automated security analysis of Java applications.
Work with Oracle databases and SQL for application data access and troubleshooting.
Deploy and support applications on TomEE/Tomcat servers.

Required Skills

Java – 4+ years
React / React UI – 1+ year
SQL – 2+ years
Apache CXF REST – 2+ years
TomEE/Tomcat – 2+ years

Preferred

Previous State of Maine experience highly preferred.
Experience with enterprise/state government applications.
Experience with automated Java security/code analysis.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization experience.
