Manage our System Security Plan (SSP) and continuously update the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

Lead the organization through self-assessments and independent Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) validation audits.

Ensure all compliance documentation, assessment artifacts, and annual affirmations are properly recorded in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).

Manage incident response planning, disaster recovery configurations, and employee security training tailored to CMMC standards.

Microsoft Cloud Systems Administration

Oversee and optimize our cloud environment, including Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government.

Manage cloud identity, access control, and endpoint security using Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Microsoft Intune.

Ensure proper implementation of strict data retention, conditional access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all Microsoft services.

Monitor cloud performance, system alerts, and security logs to protect against potential vulnerabilities.

IT Operations & Leadership

Provide hands-on management and leadership for all internal IT support functions, desktop management, and licensing.

Manage vendor relationships, software procurement, and budget lifecycle for cloud subscriptions.

Act as the internal authority for all hardware assets and ensure all remote endpoints strictly follow compliance baselines

Education & Experience

Education: A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a highly related technical field is strictly required.

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience working within Information Technology roles.

Additional Requirements

Strong technical communication skills to bridge complex compliance parameters with daily business operations.

U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED due to the necessity of handling ITAR and CUI data within Azure Government / GCC High environments.
