We are seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer with strong expertise in NICE CXone (CX1) platforms, interactive analytics, and speech-to-text technologies. The ideal candidate will design, implement, support, and optimize contact center and telecom solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain telecom and contact center solutions using NICE CXone (CX1) Configure and support IVR, ACD, call routing, call recording, and workforce optimization features Implement and manage interactive analytics solutions Integrate and support speech-to-text and voice analytics tools Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with IT, network, security, and business teams Support integrations with CRM and reporting platforms Maintain technical documentation and diagrams Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 3+ years of telecom or contact center engineering experience Hands-on NICE CXone (CX1) experience Highly preferred Cloud based contact center (CCaaS) experience preferred Experience with interactive analytics and speech-to-text tools Strong VoIP, SIP, and contact center architecture knowledge AI-driven analytics or sentiment analysis exposure preferred Scripting or automation skills preferred
